My artwork has always centered around the natural world.
Natural History Illustration, first used to connect art and science, has remained a timeless art for centuries.
After graduating from Lawrence University, The American Floral Art School, Portfolio Center, and the School of the Chicago Botanic Garden, I chose to work as a mother and paint what I observed in nature.
Science is observation.
